Your order is confirmed once you’ve received a confirmation email with the reference number from us.
A customer service representative will contact you via Whatsapp, SMS or phone within 2 working day to inform you of your order’s availability and to schedule a delivery slot.
Fish Bazaar accepts MasterCard, Visa and AMEX payments.
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
We absorb GST, therefore, all prices quoted on the website are final prices.
We will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a delivery date and time. We endeavour to deliver your goods to you within 1-3 working days.
All goods will be delivered by our own representative. Delivery is within Singapore only.
Our delivery timing is every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (12pm – 6pm).
Delivery is free for orders S$50 and above. There will be a delivery charge of S$10 if your order falls below S$50.
Upon delivery, please check to ensure that the total number of packages (including cartons and plastic bags) received is as indicated on the invoice, before acknowledging the delivery. Should there be any discrepancies, please inform the delivery personnel immediately. Fish Bazaar will not be held responsible for carton discrepancies after delivery is accepted.
Customers, who wish to have their purchases left outside their home, should note that Fish Bazaar shall not be held responsible for any damage or missing items after the delivery has been made.
All products sold are cannot be exchanged or returned except the following conditions:
⦁ Wrong product is delivered
⦁ Product has a manufacturer’s defect; or
⦁ Product delivered has past its expiry date or is in damaged condition
To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods. Our representative will arrange a delivery time with you for the one-to-one exchange of the same product.
Fish Bazaar will ensure that we have chosen the best quality live fish and/or plants to be delivered to you. Live Stocks sold are not exchangeable except the following conditions:
⦁ A different fish/plant being delivered as stated in the invoice
⦁ The live stock is dead on arrival
In the unfortunate event of an exchange of Live Stock, our representative will arrange a delivery time with you for the one-to-one exchange of the same Live Stock.
Upon receiving your order, our customer service representative will contact you via Whatsapp, SMS or phone within 2 working day to inform you of your order’s availability. Should any product that you’ve ordered is out-of-stock, we will call you and update you immediately.
You may choose to:
⦁ Receive a refund on the out-of-stock product
⦁ Wait for the product to arrive; or
⦁ Select an alternative product (If the Original product price is lower than the alternative product, you will need to pay the increment. If the original product price is higher than the alternative product, we will refund you the difference.)
All refunds will usually be processed within 3 working days after collecting back the returned goods or in the event the item is out of stock. For cancellation (before an item has been shipped), your refunded amount will also be processed within 3 working days. Depending on your bank’s clearing out policy, it may take the bank another 7 – 10 working days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
All refunds will be processed back to your original mode of payment unless otherwise stated.
